Return & Refund Policy

• All returns must be postmarked within thirty days (30) of the purchase date.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on food or perishable goods like candy. 
• We will ship a replacement at no cost if the return is a result of our error or a defective product. 
• We inspect all returned items. The product must be unused and in brand new condition with all original product inserts and accessories.
• To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

• Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the items being returned. Your original shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. 
• Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
• Failure to follow these steps will result in a reduced refund.
